Heather Noughton Bokor

Heather Noughton Bokor has a strong background in healthcare compliance and privacy. Heather currently holds the position of VP / Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer / Chief Risk Officer at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. Prior to this, they served as the VP/Chief Compliance Officer & Privacy Officer at UF Health, where they also held the role of Senior Director of Compliance. Before joining UF Health, they worked at Tenet Healthcare as the Hospital Compliance & Privacy Officer for Good Samaritan Medical Center, where they were responsible for managing the implementation of Tenet's Ethics, Compliance, and Privacy program. Additionally, they served as the interim Compliance Officer & Privacy Officer for West Boca Medical Center. Heather began their career at UF Health as a Corporate Compliance Specialist, focusing on regulatory compliance.

Heather Noughton Bokor pursued their education in the field of healthcare management and compliance. From 2009 to 2011, they attended the University of Florida and completed a Master of Science in Management (MSM) from the UF Hough Graduate School of Business. Heather'smain focus during this program was on Health Care Risk Management, with a secondary focus on Geriatric Care Management.

Prior to their master's degree, Heather Noughton Bokor earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of Florida. Heather studied at the university from 2004 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained two certifications. In November 2007, they became Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) from the Compliance Certification Board (CCB). Furthermore, in September 2023, Heather obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Health Care District of Palm Beach County.
