Kate Gleason-Bachman possesses extensive experience in nursing and public health, currently serving as the Clinical and Quality Improvement Nurse Manager at the National Health Care for the Homeless Council and as a Registered Nurse at Project HOME's Hub of Hope since January and July 2022, respectively. Previous roles include Director of Nursing and Population Health at Pathways to Housing PA and Community Care Coordinator at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. Other positions held include Registered Nurse Clinical Manager at Mary Howard Health Center and Registered Nurse within the Adult Shelter System at Public Health Management Corporation, alongside early career experience as a Research Assistant. Kate's academic credentials include a Master's of Public Health from Temple University College of Public Health and a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Columbia University School of Nursing, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College.
