Tracy Russell has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as the Director of Performance Improvement and previously as a Population Health Nurse and Registered Nurse at Health Care for the Homeless since February 2012. Prior roles include RN positions in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at The University of Maryland Medical System and Pediatric Neuro Nurse at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Tracy also worked as an RN in Adult Hematology/Oncology at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Educationally, Tracy holds a Master's degree in Community/Public Health Nursing from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.
