Nicole Goff

Nicole Goff has extensive experience in account management and customer service within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Account Associate II and previously as Benefit Coordinator at Healthcare Management Administrators since August 2018, Nicole has honed skills in client relations and benefits administration. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Delivery Specialist at Alight Solutions and spent over a decade at Aon Hewitt in various customer service roles, including Customer Service Delivery Specialist and Customer Service Client Specialist. Nicole holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies/Art from the College of Central Florida and pursued further education at the University of Central Florida from 1998 to 2001.
