George Karabakakis

George was appointed CEO in July of 2014. He brings significant experience to his position with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Prior to becoming CEO, George held a number of positions at HCRS including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Adult Outpatient and Emergency Services, and Director of Children's Services. George has served on many local, regional, and statewide partnerships and committees and values bringing together the ideas, passion, and collective wisdom of our stakeholders to make a difference in the lives of those we serve as well as their families.
