Kate Lamphere

Kate joined HCRS in 2008 and provides leadership to and oversight of all Adult Mental Health and Addiction Services including outpatient counseling and intensive outpatient services, community rehabilitation, emergency services, peer support services, residential services, and employment services. Kate spent many years at HCRS as a Crisis Intervention Specialist, Children's Clinician, and Program Coordinator for the Child and Family Supports Program in Springfield. Most recently, Kate was the Director of Emergency Services. Kate has a BA in Social Work from Plymouth State University and an MSW from the University of New Hampshire. Kate is dedicated to a collaborative approach that supports choice, mutuality, healing, and social justice.
