Heather Padbury is a seasoned professional in customer experience and client relations, currently serving as the Group Head of Customer Experience at HCML since May 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Wayhome, including Living Experience Lead, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager from July 2020 to January 2023.
