Heather Lynn Lockey

Heather Lynn Lockey, LCSW, LCAS, currently serves as the Behavioral Health Manager at the North Carolina Community Health Center Association since February 2023. With extensive experience in social work, Lockey has held key positions including Director of Outpatient and Addiction Services at Fellowship Health Resources, Inc., and Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Behavioral Health Coordinator for Craven County Government. Lockey's previous roles encompass providing outpatient therapy, managing foster care, and developing training and consultation programs for social work practices. Lockey holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from East Carolina University.
