Shannon Lisac-Sanchez has extensive experience in healthcare management and clinical coordination, currently serving as a Clinical QM Coordinator at both Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and Health Choice of Arizona since 2021 and 2018, respectively. Additionally, Shannon has held the position of Administrative Coordinator at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services since 2014. Previous roles include Clinician at ChangePoint Integrated Health and Case Manager at The Guidance Center in Flagstaff and Williams. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Harper College.

Health Choice Arizona
Health Choice Arizona is a local health plan that serves Arizonans eligible for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) or KidsCare. KidsCare is for children 19 years old or younger who are uninsured and have income higher than the AHCCCS income limits. Health Choice Arizona holds two contracts with AHCCCS – Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) and AHCCCS Complete Care. Under these contracts, Health Choice Arizona is an option for those who live in Apache, Coconino, Gila, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pinal, and Yavapai counties. Health Choice Arizona also contracts with Medicare to provide a Medicare Advantage plan for those individuals enrolled in Medicare and AHCCCS through our Health Choice Pathway Dual Special Needs Plan. This plan offers additional benefits not covered by Original Medicare and AHCCCS at no cost.
