Joe Reilly

Joe Reilly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare strategy and technology management. Currently serving as Chief of Strategy & General Manager at Health Choice Network since September 2022, Joe previously held the positions of Chief Information Officer and General Manager of Performance Solutions at Canton & Company, and Chief Information Officer at Central New York Care Collaborative, where Joe directed the development of IT infrastructure for over 4,000 providers as part of New York’s DSRIP program. At NexSched, LLC, Joe focused on patient engagement technologies, while roles at St. Joseph's Health involved leading population health management initiatives and implementing an Epic EMR system. Joe's expertise is further underscored by a project management position at HealtheConnections, where Joe implemented Health Information Exchange services. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomolecular Science from Clarkson University and a Master's in Public Health from Syracuse University - Maxwell School.
