Health Commons Solutions Lab
Nour Al-Nasser is a Project Manager at Health Commons Solutions Lab, leading the 'High Priority Communities' strategy in communities disproportionately impacted by the pandemic. Previously, Nour was a Settlement Crisis Support Worker at Punjabi Community Health Services Calgary, advocating for newcomers facing health inequality, domestic violence, and poverty. Nour has also worked as a Research Assistant at University of Waterloo, and as a Caseworker at Nisa Homes, a transitional home for immigrant and refugee women. Nour holds a PhD in Policy Studies, a Master's degree in Global Health, and has a background in Criminology and Psychology.
