Rachel Howard

Rachel Howard, PHR has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Rachel is currently the Chief People Officer at Health Connect America. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at AdhereHealth, LLC from 2019 to 2022. Rachel has also held various HR roles at PharmMD, Brookdale Senior Living, Aegis Sciences Corporation, The Mergis Group, RemX OfficeStaff, HR Solutions, Inc, and SIGECOM. Rachel has experience as a Human Resources Director, Manager, HR Recruiter, HR Generalist, Contract Leadership Recruiter, Recruiter, Staffing Manager, and Staffing Specialist.

Rachel Howard, PHR holds a Master of Human Resources degree from Lipscomb University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an HR emphasis at the University of Southern Indiana from 1997 to 2001. Rachel also obtained a PHR certification from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), and they attended Memorial High School.
