Loretta Brightman, PMP

Loretta Brightman has extensive work experience in project management and information technology. Loretta is currently employed as a Project Manager at the Health Data Analytics Institute since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at Integrated IT from January 2020 to September 2020. Loretta also has experience as an Independent Consultant, where they held the role of Project Manager from August 2018 to January 2020.

Before transitioning into project management, Loretta gained valuable experience as the Director of Technology Services at Dean College from December 2008 to August 2018. In this role, they managed various technology projects and was responsible for directing service and support operations for all campus technology.

Loretta's earlier work experience includes positions such as a Fitness Professional at the Adirondack Club from 2000 to 2010, and an Information Technology Consultant at Independent Technical Services from 1999 to 2002.

During their career, Loretta held the position of Director of Service Management at Media One from 1996 to 1999. In this role, they managed a project phase related to IT technical support and training for the development and national rollout of a customer care system. Loretta also played a part in centralizing IT services and managing customer relationships nationwide.

Loretta began their career as a Senior Manager of Help Desk Support at Stream International from 1986 to 1996, and as a Technical Support Specialist at Corporate Software from April 1986 to 1988.

Loretta Brightman, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Dean College. Loretta also attended Walpole High School. In addition to their formal education, Loretta obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in March 2019 from the Project Management Institute. Loretta also has additional certifications in ITIL Foundations and Peak Pilates Comprehensive Certification, although the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
