Paige Hall, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the People, Culture & Total Rewards Manager at Health Dimensions Group since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Treasure Valley Family YMCA, where Paige held positions as Human Resources Generalist Director, Membership Director, and Membership Coordinator from June 2015 to August 2022. In the role of Human Resources Generalist Director, Paige supervised a team responsible for managing a large electronic personnel database and addressing employee inquiries. As Membership Director, Paige successfully led a membership campaign that attracted 8,000 members within 16 months of opening a new facility. Additional experience includes serving as Family Services Manager at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Idaho, overseeing guest check-ins and volunteer training. Paige holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and General Business, with a Minor in Nonprofit Management from Boise State University. Education also includes a study program at Imperial College London.
