LyNeeka McCullough is an accomplished professional in product development within the beauty industry, currently serving as the Director of Product Development - Private Label at Health-E Commerce since June 2021. McCullough is also the Founder of Elle Janee Beauty LLC, an emerging beauty brand focused on empowering individual expression through beauty. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Neora as Senior Product Development Manager, Sally Beauty as Director of Product Development - Private Label, and SeneGence International as Product Development Manager, among others.
