Rachel Rouleau

Rachel Rouleau is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in health and benefits compliance. As Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Compliance at Health-E Commerce since September 2013, Rachel has played a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulations governing health spending accounts. In addition to serving on the board of SIGIS Corporation since June 2018, Rachel previously worked at WageWorks from June 2009 to August 2013, where key responsibilities included managing compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, and PPACA. Rachel has also held various roles at Choice Strategies, overseeing communications and compliance projects, and has experience in marketing and claims with organizations such as DuBois & King, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont, and ABC News. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Castleton University.
