Abhishek Maitra

Abhishek Maitra, MBA, serves as AVP of Application Development and previously as Director of Software Development at Healthfirst since August 2018, focusing on clinical technology architecture, software delivery, security, and team performance for a health plan serving over 1.7 million members. Prior to Healthfirst, Abhishek held various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2005 to 2018, including Vice President of Application Development, where management of a $3.7 million budget for the Investment Guidelines technology initiative occurred, and Vice President, Middleware Architect Manager, credited with establishing global standards for web technologies that produced significant cost savings. Earlier experience includes a consulting role at Scube Soft, where contributions were made to enhance collaboration and infrastructure productivity. Abhishek holds an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Rutgers University.
