Cherise Grant Robinson

Cherise Grant Robinson is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, HR compliance, and diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations, HR Compliance and Leave Administration at Healthfirst since January 2024, Cherise previously held the position of Employee Relations Director at LSEG from June 2022 to January 2024 and served as Sr. Manager of Employee Relations & HR Compliance at Healthfirst from October 2020 to May 2022. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Business Consultant at Robinson Rules Consulting, LLC, and various positions at S&P Global, where leadership included oversight of EEO compliance and diversity initiatives. Cherise's foundational roles at The McGraw Hill Companies contributed to a diverse skill set in human resources. Cherise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management & Economics with a concentration in Human Resources Management from SUNY Empire State College and a certification in EEO Studies and Affirmative Action from Cornell University ILR School.
