Eileen O'Grady is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in acquisition marketing and client engagement. Currently serving as AVP Acquisition Marketing at Healthfirst since September 2021, Eileen previously held the position of Vice President at Merkle, focusing on the health vertical. Eileen's entrepreneurial spirit shone through while leading Princesses & Pirates Go Potty Too, where Eileen developed a patented portable potty for toddler training. With a strong foundation in agency roles, Eileen has held various positions at prestigious firms such as Grey Group, Wunderman, and Rapp Collins Worldwide, overseeing major clients like Aetna and Citibank and managing multiple integrated marketing strategies. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Lehman College.
