Frank McCauley

Frank McCauley is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in strategic management and sales. As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of HealthShare 360 since March 2017, McCauley focuses on enhancing provider outcomes and financial performance through innovative strategies and tools. In addition, McCauley serves as a Board Trustee at Healthfirst since January 2018. Former roles at Aetna, from December 1993 to July 2014, include multiple executive vice president positions overseeing various business segments, including public/private exchanges and Medicare. Previous experience includes leading large group sales at Preferred Health Network of MD and managing commercial sales at Health Care Delaware. McCauley holds a Finance degree from the University of Delaware, completed between 1981 and 1985.
