Jennifer Nunez

Jennifer Nunez is a seasoned professional in the healthcare industry with extensive experience in claims management and benefit design. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Configuration Manager at Healthfirst since May 2018, Jennifer has held various roles within the organization, including Senior Benefit Design Analyst and Claims Configuration Manager. Prior to this, Jennifer contributed to the New York City Mayor's Office of Operations as a 911 Quality Assurance Analyst and worked at Healthfirst as a Claims Business Analyst. Jennifer's career also includes positions at MetroPlus Health Plan, EmblemHealth, and 32BJ SEIU, where responsibilities ranged from product association to quality assurance. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology, both from John Jay College (CUNY).
