Karen Weinseiss

Karen Weinseiss currently serves as SVP of Clinical & Service Operations at Healthfirst, a position held since June 2020. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Utilization and Quality Management Excellence at CVS Health, where leadership encompassed over 3,300 employees and substantial re-engineering of utilization management to enhance consumer and provider experiences. Karen's career at Aetna spanned 12 years, culminating as SVP of International Healthcare Management, driving the launch of over 40 international health plan products that generated over $100M in earnings. A history of strategic leadership roles includes positions in business development at GE and managing significant portfolios and operational efficiencies. Karen holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics and German from Rutgers University.
