Nadiya Gladun

Nadiya Gladun, M.A., M.S., PMP, is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in sales enablement, performance management, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Healthfirst since May 2017, Nadiya has successfully implemented technology solutions that enhance the efficiency of Medicare Sales and Retention teams, established new processes for technology requests, and led the implementation of key performance management initiatives. Prior roles include HRSS Process Manager and Senior OD Specialist at Healthfirst, Manager of Global Talent Development at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and Project Management Consultant at AFS Intercultural Programs. Nadiya holds advanced degrees in Psychology and Management from Teachers College, Columbia University, and New York University, along with a foundational degree in Linguistics and Psychology from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
