Rachel Sylvester

Rachel Sylvester possesses extensive experience in healthcare enrollment and billing, currently serving as Vice President of Enrollment & Billing at Healthfirst since October 2008. Rachel has held multiple leadership roles within Healthfirst, including VP of the Center of Excellence in Data Management and VP of Enrollment and Billing. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Metcare from August 2005 to October 2008, where positions included Director of Medicare Enrollment and Director of Provider Network Operations. Earlier in career development at Vista Healthplan from 2001 to 2005, Rachel held the title of Director of Provider Operations. Rachel earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Clemson University between 1994 and 1998.
