Radhika Parekh

Radhika Parekh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR technology and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Manager in HR Technology Programs at Healthfirst since April 2016. Previously held roles include Product Owner of HCM, Project Manager for Talent Acquisition, and various project management positions within the same organization. Prior to Healthfirst, Radhika worked as a Recruiter at Siwel Consulting, where responsibilities included candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding management. Radhika also has internship experience in marketing from StudentUniverse and Conde Nast India, as well as human resources at Lowe Lintas and Partners. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from Brandeis University.
