Sule Baptiste

Sule Baptiste currently serves as the AVP of Data Science & AI at Healthfirst, a position held since August 2021, after progressing from Director of Data Science. Prior to this role, Sule worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from November 2014 to August 2021, ultimately holding the position of Senior Manager in Data Science, focusing on Provider Performance and Financial Planning & Analysis. Earlier in the career, Sule held various roles, including Manager of Clinical Data Science and Advanced Mathematical Modeler. Sule holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Northwestern University.
