Erik Soltau

Erik Soltau is currently serving as the Chief Delivery Officer for Ai & Automation Solutions for Healthcare at Health Force since April 2024. Prior to this role, Erik held multiple positions at Capgemini from March 2019 to April 2024, including Head of Intelligent Automation for the DACH region and Senior Business Transformation Manager. Erik’s experience also includes working at Bosch Service Solutions from August 2015 to February 2019 as a Robotic Process Automation Consultant and Innovation Manager for Business Transformation, and earlier serving as an IT Administrator at Bosch Service Solutions from August 2013 to 2015.
