Lori Kramer

Lori joined Thrive SPC as Chief Clinical Officer in 2021. She is responsible for Thrive SPC’s clinical vision, programs, practices, and standards, as well as ensuring safe, high quality patient care. Lori is dedicated to clinical and service excellence! She strives to create the ideal patient and employee experiences, and is passionate about enhancing and elevating clinical practice, services, and programs in support of their purpose: to provide high quality clinical home care for medically fragile children so they can grow and flourish to their full potential. Lori and her husband have a son and a daughter. Lori holds a Master of Science degree in management in health care administration from Wilmington University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Villanova University. She has more than 30 years of leadership experience with extensive knowledge and expertise in home care and health care systems. She has served in many strategic and operational leadership roles with health care organizations, including The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Penn Medicine-University of Pennsylvania Hospital Health System, Inglis, and most recently Bayada Home Health Care. Lori is laser-focused on providing strategic vision, planning, and execution; clinical and operational leadership; and large-scale system enhancements to promote Thrive SPC’s purpose and core values.
