Steve Gyory

Steve first joined the Thrive SPC team in 2019 and was named SVP, Operations – Services in 2021. He is responsible for all the people who provide care in the homes and those who support them in their location offices. Steve has more than 18 years of home care experience, both in operations and corporate development, including stints at Maxim Healthcare Services, eKidzCare, and Bayada Home Health Care. During his time at eKidzCare, he opened ten Medicare-certified locations across Pennsylvania, helped rebrand the company, and redesigned its back-office operations. Steve lives in Pittsburgh, where he was born and raised. His wife is an account executive in the home health/hospice space. The couple has two small children. Steve has worked with and supervised Thrive SPC teammates in several regions, which gives him unique perspective for what the needs are in each market. He understands the big picture of what it takes to provide home health care to children and operate a successful business.
