Karen Delano

Karen Delano joined PCCP in June 2006 and is responsible for overseeing PCCP’s corporate and client services departments. These include Administration, Information Technology, Document Management, which manages deal level debt and equity documentation and processing, and Client Services, which services active investors in the firm’s various platforms. In addition, Ms. Delano manages PCCP’s general marketing functions, which includes press releases, graphics and media, company-wide event planning, and numerous special projects for the firm. Prior to joining PCCP, Ms. Delano was a Project Coordinator at Williams + Paddon, Architects + Planners where she was responsible for construction phase services, marketing and project administration. Ms. Delano received her B.A. in Theatre Arts with minors in Cinema/Television and Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She is a member of FIIRE and serves on PCCP’s Technology/Cyber Committee.
