We’re a Scottish charity with your mental health at heart.

At Health in Mind, we’ve been promoting positive mental health and wellbeing in Scotland since 1982.

We do this by providing a wide range of services to support people and enable them to make a positive difference in their lives. Individuals can approach us directly, or be referred to our services by their GP or another healthcare professional.

Our hopeful, creative, and compassionate approach supports and empowers each person to lead a purposeful and meaningful life. We walk alongside the people accessing our services, supporting them to make changes and improve their quality of life. We’re community focused and see the potential in each person to live in a positive and fulfilling way.
