Bianca Costa Davis

Bianca Costa Davis has a diverse work experience in various government and academic institutions. Bianca most recently served as the Director of the Office of Systems and Data at the Health and Human Services Agency since March 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Information Officer at both the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology and the US Department of Health and Human Services. Bianca has also worked as a Special Advisor to the Acting National Coordinator and served in various roles within the Office of Systems and Planning, Office of Grants Management, and the Office of the Chief Operations Officer. Before their government roles, Bianca worked as a Systems Branch Chief at FEMA and as a Management Analyst at REI Systems. Bianca began their career as a Resident Director at Marymount University.

Bianca Costa Davis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and French Double Major at Saint Elizabeth University from 1993 to 1997. Bianca then pursued a Post Graduate CS Degree in Computer Science at Marymount University from 1998 to 2000.
