Tracey Sargent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as a Senior Improvement Manager for NHS England since July 2024, Tracey is involved in the Managing Deterioration Programme, specifically focusing on Martha's Rule for Paediatrics. In addition to this role, Tracey has been a Program Manager at Health Innovation South West since September 2021 and a Maternity Improvement Advisor with SW AHSN since June 2020. Tracey's prior experience includes various positions at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust from February 2003 to August 2021, including Clinical Quality Manager, Clinical Risk Midwife, and Community Midwife Manager. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Direct Entry Midwifery from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Bath Spa University, complemented by Higher National Diplomas in Environmental Biology from Anglia Ruskin University.
