Tracey Sargent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management. Currently serving as a Senior Improvement Manager for NHS England since July 2024, Tracey is involved in the Managing Deterioration Programme, specifically focusing on Martha's Rule for Paediatrics.
