Leah Gallon is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in innovation, service transformation, and operational management within the NHS. Currently serving as the Associate Director for Innovation and Adoption at Wessex Academic Health Science Network since June 2022, Leah previously held roles such as Associate Director for Strategic Programmes and COVID Operational Trust Lead at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where responsibilities included overseeing COVID services and managing therapeutic operations. Previous positions at Solent NHS Trust and Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust highlighted Leah's expertise in service improvement and child and family services transformation. Leah holds an MSc in Physiotherapy and Management from the University of Brighton and a degree from the University of Southampton.
