Product Development and Innovation Manager

Vivian Saad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vivian started their career in 2005 as a Quality Assurance Officer at Golden Circle, a food and juice manufacturing company. In 2008, they joined HJ Heinz as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, where they played a vital role in overseeing the production of fruit juice products. At Koko Black Chocolate, starting from 2015, they worked as a Food Technologist for six years, contributing to the development of their chocolate products. Currently, they hold positions at Health Lab, starting as a Product Development Assistant in 2022 and later transitioning to the role of Product Development and Innovation Manager in 2023.

Vivian Saad obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Food Science & Technology from RMIT University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
