As President of Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital in New York, NY, Arthur is leading the hospital’s transformation – building a state-of-the-art ambulatory center and recruiting leading surgeons to establish centers of excellence in cardiology and cardiac surgery; cancer; diabetes; endocrinology and bariatric surgery; and trauma. He brings a deep understanding of healthcare policy and financing to inform Health Leads strategy.
Before joining Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Hospital, Arthur was President and CEO of Nassau Health Care Corporation (NuHealth). Under Arthur’s leadership, NuHealth earned national accolades for stabilizing its financing, improving quality care and patient outcomes and soundly investing more than $200 million dollars in modernizing and expanding its services and facilities.
