Kimberly Williams

Kimberly Williams is an accomplished leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as Principal at Health Management Associates since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly was the President and CEO of Vibrant Emotional Health from 2004 to 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the vision, strategy, growth, and operations of a $300 million organization dedicated to mental and emotional wellbeing. Kimberly held multiple executive positions at Vibrant Emotional Health, including Vice President of Integrated Policy and Program Services, where oversight was provided for a $12.5 million agency division, and Director of the Center for Policy, Advocacy, and Education. Additionally, Kimberly co-founded and managed The Geriatric Mental Health Alliance of New York, a coalition aimed at enhancing mental health policies for older adults. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
