Megan Taylor is a finance and business development expert with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Financial Planning & Analysis and Revenue Strategic Planning Subject Matter Expert at Health Management Associates since October 2023, Megan is also the Business Development and Finance Lead at the Center for Parental Leave Leadership. As the Founder and Executive Coach at Momiculture, LLC, Megan focuses on supporting high-performing female talent and is a certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach. Previously, Megan held various leadership roles at DaVita Kidney Care, overseeing finance and strategy for a group revenue of $950 million across numerous clinics and hospitals. Early career experience includes investment banking as a Summer Associate at Focus Strategies and managing financial operations at Warren Miller Entertainment.
