The Customer Service and Support team at Health Net Federal Services handles inquiries and resolves issues related to TRICARE benefits for active duty and retired service members, National Guard and Reserve, and their family members in the TRICARE West Region. The team coordinates between beneficiaries and health care providers to ensure efficient delivery of services, offers guidance on TRICARE policies, and supports the development and maintenance of the provider network to improve overall customer satisfaction.
