Lina Thornberg

Lina Thornberg is an experienced registered nurse with a diverse background in case management and patient care. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Healthnet, Lina has held various nursing roles with United Health Care since January 2011, including Prior Authorization RN and Pre Service/Prior Auth RN, where responsibilities included approving procedures and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Previous positions include Registered Nurse at Interim HealthCare Inc. and Total Care, where Lina coordinated home care for acutely and chronically ill patients. Additionally, experience includes serving as Home Care Supervisor for Interim Health Care Fairfield Conn, where involvement in federal and state policy was key. Lina began a nursing career at VNS of CT and holds an Associate of Science degree in Nursing from CT State Norwalk.
