Positron Kebebew M.D.

Positron Kebebew MD, MPH has extensive work experience in various healthcare organizations. From 1999 to 2005, they worked as a Family Medicine physician at Contra Costa Health Services. In 2006, they joined the Los Angeles Dept of Health Services' Mid Valley Comprehensive Health Center and stayed there until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the Associate Medical Director at Westside Family Health Center, FQHC. In 2012, they joined Health Net as the Central Medical Director, overseeing services for Medicaid patients. In 2014, they took on the role of Regional Medical Director for Health Net, responsible for clinical oversight and building relationships with provider groups.

Positron Kebebew holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Community Health Sciences from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. In addition, Kebebew has obtained several certifications including Healthcare Management from Yale School of Management and Problem Solving, Business Strategy, and Business Strategy McKinsey & Company Digital Learning from McKinsey & Company.
