Shirley Pao

Shirley Pao has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Shirley started their career as a Senior Consultant in the Corporate Finance Group at Ernst & Young from 1994 to 1998. Shirley then worked as a Summer Associate at USWeb/CKS in 1999. Shirley served as an eBusiness Architect in the Business Strategy & Architecture department at Scient from 2000 to 2001. Shirley then joined Corra Life Sciences as the Assistant to the CEO from 2002 to 2003. Shirley worked at Health Net as the Director of Strategy & Implementation from 2003 to 2009 and later as the Director of Product at Social Kinetics from 2009 to 2010. Shirley was a Health Industry Consultant as a self-employed individual from 2010 to 2012. Shirley returned to Health Net in 2012, where they held the positions of Senior Director of Strategy & Implementation, Provider Engagement and Performance Management until 2020, and Vice President of Provider Performance & Analytics starting in 2020.

Shirley Pao holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago. Shirley also has an International MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus on Strategic Management, Marketing Management, and Entrepreneurship.
