Tammy Watt

Tammy Watt has a strong background in sales and leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Tammy is currently the Sales Vice President Major Accounts at Health Net. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Vice President Sales at Oncology Analytics, Inc. from 2016 to 2020. Tammy also served as the Vice President at Partners Transforming Health from 2015 to 2016, and as the Director Strategic Accounts at Anthem Blue Cross from 2012 to 2015. Tammy has also founded two companies, Value Story, Inc., and The Assist Group, where they held the positions of President and Chief Sales Officer. Tammy has extensive experience in developing and implementing cost containment strategies and managing sales teams. Tammy began their career in the healthcare industry as the VP Corporate Sales & Marketing at Matria Healthcare in 1995. Prior to that, they worked at Health Net in various roles, including Vice President COMP*24 and Director / Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Tammy also served as the VP Sales & Marketing at Centinela Hospital Medical Center. Throughout their career, Tammy has demonstrated a track record of driving revenue growth and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.

Tammy Watt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stanford University, where they attended from 1971 to 1975. Tammy later pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Sales & Marketing at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1979 to 1981.
