Tara Jiles

Tara Jiles, Ed.D., has extensive experience in strategic client support and account management within the health insurance sector, currently serving as the Strategic Client Support Manager for major accounts at Health Net since September 2005. Prior roles at Health Net include Account Manager II, where Tara managed relationships with over 10,000 small business group employees and effectively utilized the Salesforce application, and various positions focused on group services and eligibility. In addition to work at Health Net, Tara co-founded JPR Leadership Consulting, where specialized leadership programming was developed, and contributed to the Southern California Diversity IN Leadership Conference. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge.
