Michael Faso

Michael Faso has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance industry. Michael started their career at EY in 1985 as a Senior Manager, specializing in audit coordination for the healthcare and insurance industry. Michael then joined Independent Health in 1997, where they held various roles including Vice President of Finance and Business Development, Director of Tax and Accounting, and eventually Senior Vice President of Finance. At Independent Health, they were responsible for directing financial services and treasury operations, leading financial reporting and tax functions, managing budgets, and overseeing external financial audits. In 2019, they joined Ginlill LLC as the President, providing financial advisory, audit support services, and improving financial reporting and operations. Currently, they are working at Health New England as a Finance Consultant and previously served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Overall, Michael Faso has demonstrated expertise in finance, audit, and strategic financial management throughout their career.

Michael Faso has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Canisius College. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained in the year 1987 from the State of New York.
