Raymond Johnson has over 25 years of work experience. Raymond started their career as a Crisis Clinician and Program Liaison at the Center for Human Development (CHD) in 1995. In this role, they conducted psychiatric crisis interventions and served as a team leader responsible for clinical case reviews and dispositions. Raymond then joined Health New England in 2004 and held multiple roles, including Behavioral Health Specialist, Data Warehouse and Reporting Analyst, and Associate Database Analyst. During this time, they were involved in various database-related technical efforts, managed the company's Case Management/Disease Management programs, and assisted with the administration and maintenance of SQL Server database environments. In 2012, they worked as a Data Manager at Accountable Care Associates, where they were responsible for loading and auditing customer data and developing complex financial reports. Raymond later joined Consolidated Health Plans (CHP) as a Data Architect in 2018. In this role, they were involved in data modeling and improving data and reporting structures. Johnson is currently working as a Data Architect at Wellfleet Insurance, where they continue to contribute to data architecture and management.
Raymond Johnson attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology. In 1992, they pursued higher education at Georgia Southern University, earning a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, which they completed in 1994. Later, in 1999, they enrolled at Westfield State University and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science in 2002.
