Rebecca Faford

Rebecca Faford has over 25 years of work experience in accounting and financial management. Rebecca most recently served as the Director of Accounting at Health New England, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, Rebecca worked at Fallon Health for over a decade, where they held the position of Manager of Financial Reporting, Planning & Analytics. Their responsibilities at Fallon Health included developing monthly financial statements, preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, and completing monthly account reconciliations for subsidiaries. Before their time at Fallon Health, Rebecca worked as the Business Manager at Salisbury Associates Medical Practice Management Corporation from April 2000 to June 2010. Rebecca started their career at Home Staff, LLC in June 1996, where they served as the Accountant/Payroll and Billing Manager. In this role, Rebecca was responsible for all general accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll management, and accounting transactions for four branch locations.

Rebecca Faford attended Worcester State University from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
