Aaron Ollswang, MLS CSM CSPO PMP, currently serves as Principal Advisor - Ways of Working at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, focusing on designing and implementing best practices for organizational improvement and digital product delivery. Previously, Aaron worked as a Delivery Manager at OSF Digital, successfully managing multiple client portfolios and providing team-level coaching. As Sr. Agile Coach/Product Manager at Best Buy, Aaron fostered agile methodologies, supported team development, and led initiatives in diversity and inclusion. Earlier roles at Apple involved coaching award-winning support teams, leading training, and enhancing service delivery. Aaron holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy and Environmental Studies from Metro State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Studies and Comparative Literature from the University of Minnesota.
