Joanna Sinclair

Joanna Sinclair currently serves as the Chief Wellbeing Officer and Interim Clinical Lead for Employee Wellbeing at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora since September 2022. Joanna has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, having held various roles at Counties Manukau Health, including Consultant Anaesthetist and SMO Wellbeing Advisor, as well as serving as Supervisor of Training. Previous positions include Anaesthetic Registrar at Nelson Marlborough Health and Auckland DHB, among others. Joanna's academic credentials include an MBChB from The University of Auckland, a Diploma in Paediatrics, and a FANZCA in Anaesthesia from the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, alongside an AFRACMA in Clinical Leadership from the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.
