Kathy Phillips

Kathy Phillips is an experienced professional in service development and contract management within the health and social service sectors in New Zealand. Currently serving as the Principal Service Development Manager and Manager of BreastScreen Aotearoa at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand since July 2022, Kathy has previously held key roles at the Ministry of Health New Zealand, including Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Advisor for Sector Engagement and Implementation, where Kathy contributed to significant projects such as rural health initiatives and COVID-19 training programs. Kathy's background also includes experience as a Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Social Development focusing on sexual violence service development and as a Senior Advisor at Oranga Tamariki in best practice contract management.
